Wilbur Smith Associates (WSA) currently has an exciting opportunity in our Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office for the following positions:
Highway Project Engineer
The position requires experience with roadway geometry, drainage, erosion and sedimentation control, right-of-way, signing
and pavement markings, and maintenance and protection of traffic. Responsibilities may involve the preparation of design reports,
construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates. The ideal candidate will also have experience providing input for and
participating in business development efforts.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering , PE registration, five years of relevant experience in highway design, recent experience with PennDOT methods, proficiency in Microstation and InRoads, and strong communication skills.
Bridge Project Engineerr
The position requires experience with bridge design, analysis, and inspection. Responsibilities may involve the preparation of TS&L
reports, inspection reports, and the final PS&E components. The ideal candidate will also have experience providing input for and
participating in business development efforts.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering , PE registration, five years of relevant experience in bridge design and inspection, proficiency with PennDOT design software, and strong communication skills. CBSI preferred.
